Thomas Yao, MBA

Thomas Yao is the Director of Investments at RDM Financial Group. Thomas leads the firm’s Investment Committee, provides global investment strategy, and analyzes individual securities, which include equities, fixed income, derivatives, and private investments. Thomas coordinates with the firm’s financial planning team to help develop the appropriate asset allocation for RDM clients and attends meetings with prospective and existing clients.

Prior to joining RDM Financial Group, Thomas worked at DS Advisors, a single-family office based in New York City, and Goldman Sachs. Thomas received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Georgetown University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, concentrating in Analytic Finance, Accounting, and Economics. Thomas holds the Series 65 license and resides in New York, NY with his wife, Manon, and their dog, Muffin.
