Michele Couture
Office Manager
Michele Couture joined RDM Financial Group in 2025 as Office Manager. She assists with daily operations and provides administrative support to the staff. Prior to joining RDM, Michele was Director of Operations and Visitor Services at the Greenwich Historical Society from 2005 to 2024.
Michele graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and holds a master’s degree in Program Administration from Miami University.
