Eric Young

Eric Young is the Chief Operating Officer at RDM Financial Group, managing and implementing business operations which support the firm’s strategic initiatives. Eric’s experience spans the areas of operational management, fixed income and equity trading, investment strategy implementation, security research, GIPS® compliance verification, and head of client service responsibilities including performance reporting.

Prior to joining RDM Financial Group, Eric worked at Emissary Wealth, RPM Capital Management, Chandler Asset Management, and Citigroup Asset Management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and holds the Series 65 license. Eric resides in Bethel, CT with his wife Jill and their four children, Madison, Charlotte, Avery, Parker, and their two dogs, Layla and Moose.
